Saradise Edge was awarded the only Outstanding Award for Commercial Development at the 2022 SHEDA Excellence Awards.
This is the third SHEDA win for Saradise, with the first 2 awards in 2018.
2022 marks the return of the SHEDA Awards after a 2-year hiatus due to COVID.
About the SHEDA Awards
The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association SHEDA aims to provide a forum for the advancement of interest of companies engaged in property developmet with a view to raise the standard of the industry, establish a code of conduct and ethics, and promote goodwill among members. SHEDA’s objective is to establish an interactive network between developers and those parties directly or generally involved in the building and construction industry. The registration of these Associations will provide SHEDA with a database of those providing services, supplying materials and supporting activities whilst SHEDA’s various programmes will facilitate personal interaction between SHEDA’s members and the Registered Associates to make the nexus even more cohesive.
SHEDA is headed by a team of dynamic Council members who are tasked with running the Association, which comprises of the member involved in the housing and real estate industry.
